DOCUMENTATION
We are documenting climate tolerant and underutilized crops and working to understand what are the challenges in their value chains.
KITCHEN LAB
When we get our hands on lesser known ingredients, we experiment with them and explore the different applications for them. Our successful experiments end up in the tasting menus and nomadic dinners or Chef Selassie Atadika and the Midunu culinary team.
SOCIAL CHANGE
We collaborate with some of the most influential artists making social commentary to help us as a society to question our relationship with food.
